To encourage our field employees to maintain safe work habits, we enroll each field employee in the Safety Bonus Program we developed. This program allows them to benefit from their safe work records, mutually benefiting RMI, Inc. and our customers. We have seen the results of this safety program throughout the years. Most recently, we accomplished working 4 years/500,000 man hours without losing any time due to an accident at the Mosaic Faustina Plant in Donaldsonville, Louisiana.
